Call for Abstract - Theme-Based Abstracts

To accumulate knowledge aimed at advancing anesthesia technology and optimal management, we are accepting abstracts that match the following themes. We encourage you to apply. For the submission of abstract, please read the information below carefully.
Everyone can submit the abstract to the meeting. The people who are permitted by the president of meeting give a presentation. Please give the presentation after registering participation.

Theme

Please choose one of the following themes:
  • A medical system aimed at improving the quality and safety of labor analgesia.
The implementation of labor analgesia is increasing not only in urban areas but also in various regions. With limited manpower, ensuring quality and safety is a very important issue. We are seeking presentations that could be helpful on how to conduct them not at specialized facilities but at other universities or general facilities.
  • Strategies for overall management and complication measures during deep sedation (including Non-Operating Room Anesthesia)
With the revision of medical fees in 2026, deep sedation has been approved for health insurance coverage in Japan. This is a new important issue for every facility, such as who and how to implement it, and countermeasures in the event of abnormal situations. We are seeking presentations that can serve as references for the implementation system of deep sedation at each facility through information sharing.
  • Efforts to DX (Digital Transformation) of In-Hospital Operations
As the number of surgeries increases, reforming doctors' work styles and promoting task shifting/sharing are important challenges. I believe various in-hospital operations are being DX-oriented at each facility. I thought that if we could share and incorporate specific initiatives from other facilities, we could provide useful information to our members. We look forward to proposals that can be implemented at any facility without much cost.
※You cannot register both general and theme-specific presentations with the same content.
※Split registrations with identical or similar content (such as reporting three cases as one report but reporting three cases as three items) are not permitted.
